Don't ask me, it's a must. Go to chrome://plugins (by the way you must have normal flash installed in order to disable it) Click on the + symbol besides details. Search for Adobe Flash Player. It should be something like this: Disable the one with PepperFlash on it. Notice how much of a difference it makes when you play songs that are hard for you to pass.

Old tip but it's legitimate. Chrome has a flash player plugin already in the browser - so if you have flash player installed on your computer, the two will interfere with each other. Thanks for sharing the tip.

It's not only this, pepper flash sucks even alone. The interference makes it even worse, of course, but you shouldn't have pepper flash activated at all.
