Our own Shimikaze/Reimu/Lenfried once suggested a cool schedule for how Routine Posts could work. What do you guys think? Would more frequently/less frequently than suggested be better? Different types of routine posts than suggested? Why should routine posts follow ____insert_opinion___? I think the suggested mold is a pretty good base for how these updates should function (esp. cuz on this forum polls would work well for voting on best chart of the month or w/e) but I would love to hear all of your opinions. Thanks!

Sounds good. But should also throw in stuff here and there about new updates on ftb, things people should know, etc.

I would just do all stats - chart and player - once every month, if only to lessen your workload. Also, unless we manage like live-updating, constantly available stats, I think less often would be better. So we have something to look forward to.

Since there haven't been that many different opinions voiced and since the beginning of May is coming up, it looks like I'll just be doing statistics monthly. Check back in 2 days, folks :V.

What about the other three weeks of the month?

What about the other three weeks of the month? Do you think that posting them weekly is worth a shot? We can try it, but the problem is that people might start to become bored with and gradually ignore them if they were to show up that quickly.

I think monthly is fine. The question is what kinds of statistics would be shown every month? Will this month's be different than last months? If they are different, how will we know how much we've "progressed" on the past month's chosen statistic? If they are the same, is there anything else we could show as a different statistic instead?
I'm just rambling, because I don't know what other kinds of fun statistics are even possible to be shown. But if there are several different things that could be shown, I think maybe twice a month would be better. It all depends on how much time you have and if you feel it's important enough to show twice a month.

Maybe bi-weekly. 24 posts a year sounds better than 12

It all depends on how much time you have and if you feel it's important enough to show twice a month. I was thinking that the routine posts would go through some kind of cycle, rotating through different generally well-received stats (badge counts, # of perfects/misses/, # of ____, (maybe frequencies of things), but after a decent amount of time, the cycle would start anew and people could compare growth. We'll see if any more ideas pop up, but for now that's what I'm planning on. Maybe bi-weekly. 24 posts a year sounds better than 12 Bi-weekly is quite an interesting term, it sounds like it could be every other week or twice a week :V. Just to clarify, do you mean to suggest that I would put something out the first and third week of each month? Or do you mean every other week? I won't (get bored) . I check every single thread > Thanks for your continued patronage, haha. However, we still have to consider that you are one of the more active users, especially in regards to forum activity -- so although your dedication is appreciated, it's not exactly the average perspective.

First and third week are the same as every other week haha. Unless It is second and fourth week instead. bi-anything means every two typically. So bi-weekly would mean every other week. Or first and third/second and dourth
Finchy speaking through Zachpuppet EDIT: First and third week of every month sounds good.
