Basically just being able to add more than one charter on the chart information when submitting or editing. We've seen the power of COLLABING and we're doing a lot of bro-charting nowadays. Pretty sure the number of collabs is only going to grow up with time. So that's it. I think a cap at 5-10 charters for non-adms/mods is good.
EDIT- Oh, don't forget being able to set another person as a charter for recharts and stuff.
